JUMPON 12 MONTH SUPPORT PACKAGE (in addition to standard warranty)(Applies to all sales from 21st April 2012)The JumpOn 12 Month Support Package is intended to give customers piece of mind. At JumpOn we welcome the opportunity to offer assistance to our customers. When you buy from JumpOn you can be confident you have made the right decision. The JumpOn 12 Month Support Package is your safety net. We believe this is a first for Australia! Price Guarantee - If there is a lower price on the day of purchase or the 14 days following we will refund any difference. - The above guarantee covers any same size same brand item, available in same timeframe + you still get a JumpOn 12 Month Support Package. - Any refund is at the full discretion of JumpOn staff and can be refused if evidence is not sufficient. (Why are our prices lower? Ask us why!) Change of Mind - Return an unopened box within 90 days for a full refund (we also refund your original shipping fee). - Return an opened unused item within 60 days for full refund less actual shipping cost (may be more or less than the shipping paid at checkout). - No returns if you change your mind after the item has been used. (if you have a problem with an item purchased elsewhere - please DO NOT contact us) 12 Month Electrical Fault - If your product suffers an Electric fault in the first 12 months, JumpOn will arrange for repair. If repair is inadequate then JumpOn would pay shipping for both return and replacement of the electrical unit (so the unit can be properly inspected and the cause identifed). 12 Month Manufacturing Fault - If there appears to be a manufacturing fault - please DO NOT USE the item. If the fault is proven to be caused by manufacturing - JumpOn will arrange for a replacement item. - JumpOn would pay for return shipping. - JumpOn would pay for re-shipping of a new replacement item. - Stitching, tears, or punctures not related to manufacturing are not covered as they are considered to be user repairable. - No assistance can be offered where items have been used unfittingly (for Rental, for Commercial use). - Please feel free to talk to us - we will not pass you to someone else - and will work quickly resolve any problem. (Carefully inspect your new item BEFORE ITS FIRST USE) Judgement, support, and assistance are offered at the full discretion of JumpOn Staff.
